Refund Policy

You may return items in new, unused, original condition within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If an item is returned and the packaging is damaged, missing any labels, instructions, or pieces, a 25% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund or credit.

The return shipping cost will be calculated during the returns process and is based on the weight of the item(s) you are returning.  We will pay for the return shipping, if the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds:

Subscriptions are prepaid and are not refundable. We order product based on paid orders. Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle.

Annual subscription cancellation requests will go into effect at the end of the annual term. Annual subscriptions are prepaid for one year of membership and are nonrefundable.

  • Your refund will be calculated based on the price paid minus any discounts, shipping charges, and return shipping charges (if applicable).
  • If the merchandise returned causes the original order subtotal to fall below the $125 threshold for free shipping, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at happyhedgehogpost@gmail.com.
